Wilderness Ridge Executive Course is a 9-hole course that is a “small version” of the championship course. The greens are exactly the same, and the layout is very similar. There isn’t as many fairway bunkers and greenside bunkers. And there is three par 4s, one par 5, and five par 3s. This course is definitely intended for the more beginner player or someone who just wants to play a super quick round of golf. It is possible to play this course in under an hour.
This course is very short, and isn’t an ideal course for someone looking to challenge their game. But it can be very beneficial as a practice course, or a course intended for a for-fun round. I haven’t played this course as many times as the championship course, but I still can give some tips to help make this course a wonderful experience for you when playing. Just like the championship course, go for pins because the greens are identical to the championship course. Your ball stays where it lands. Also, this is a great course to just go all out at and try and shoot your lowest round. This course can definitely give up multiple under par rounds. My lowest round at this course is 2 under par.
